Service Agreement & Liability
By engaging with LIN & CHEN 99 CENTS DEPOT INC, you're agreeing to a partnership built on mutual transparency. We manage complex logistics chains from our Bronx hub at 1287 Louis Nine Blvd, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our commitment is to provide seamless transport, but how do we define the limits of that responsibility?
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the declared value of the cargo at the time of booking. It's important to understand that transit times are estimates, not guarantees. We're logistics experts, not magicians—unforeseen conditions like weather or port delays happen. Don't worry, we'll always keep you informed through our dispatch command.
Have you reviewed your insurance coverage lately? While we handle freight with extreme care, we always recommend third-party cargo insurance for high-value forwarding. This ensures your capital is protected regardless of external transit variables.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. This allows our team to conduct a proper audit and resolve any discrepancies with speed. We believe in resolving issues through dialogue first, keeping the wheels of business turning.
Warehousing Rules
Items stored in our facilities must comply with New York safety regulations. No hazardous materials without prior written authorization. We're strictly 'safety first'.

Forwarding & Documentation
Correct documentation is the backbone of efficient transit. It's the client's duty to provide accurate Bill of Lading details. Inaccurate paperwork? That leads to delays and potential fees. We'll assist where possible, but the final data accuracy rests with the shipper.
Fees for failed pickups or late cancellations apply. Why? Because a truck's time is valuable. When we schedule a route, we're committing physical assets to your success. If those plans change at the last minute, it impacts the entire network's efficiency.
